Here at Pilates Place we take pride in giving our members the
very best Pilates instruction. Our highly-qualified teachers will guide you through
a bespoke Pilates programme towards your goal. Our members are not just customers,
they are part of the Pilates Place family.
The Pilates Place studios are very special. We offer a
supportive environment where our teachers guide our members through thoughtfully
planned-out exercise programmes.
On your first visit to a Pilates Place studio, you will be
assessed to discover your physical strengths and weaknesses. Your teacher will
then know which exercises will give you maximum benefit.
After your Initial Assessment, you can then choose how to
incorporate Pilates into your lifestyle. The studio offers a range of options
to suit everyone.
Most of our members attend regular “Easy Access” studio Pilates appointments
in small groups alongside other members. Others continue with a course of private
or semi-private one-to-one lessons, or opt for mat classes. At our Stratford upon Avon studio we now offer Reformer classes.
