Members are advised that no refunds will be given under any circumstances.Hours of Opening and Closures
Standard opening times are advertised in each studio, subject to change. Members will be notified of such changes by means of the studio noticeboard, the studio booking-in sheets, and the termly Members’ newsletter.
The studios are closed on national holidays and Bank Holidays, including the period between Christmas and New Year. Should either studio need to be closed at short notice, we will endeavour to notify you at the earliest possible opportunity using the contact details provided in your Client Questionnaire form.Easy Access Membership Packages
All Easy Access Memberships are for a specified number of Pilates sessions, to be used during the contracted 12-month period.
Private Membership Packages, including Starter Package, Duet, and Mini-Membership Packages
- Expiry of Membership
Your Membership will expire when you complete your specified number of sessions, or after 12 months – whichever is sooner. When your Membership expires we will contact you to renew it.
- Unused Sessions
If you do not complete your specified number of sessions within 12 months, any unused sessions will be lost.
- Cancellation of Booked Sessions
24 hours’ notice is required to cancel a session. Missed sessions and sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be considered used.
- Payment Methods
Membership fees become due on the date you join Pilates Place.
You may pay for your Easy Access Membership by monthly Standing Order via your bank, or we can arrange an “Autopay” whereby a monthly payment is taken from your credit or debit card. Please note that each monthly payment is part-payment of the total annual Membership fee.
Single Payment Option 5% discount on Easy Access Membership if the annual total is paid in advance.
Joint Membership 10% discount on all membership packages purchased by two adults residing at the same address.
Only one discount can be applied per Membership.
- Cancelling your Membership
To terminate your Membership, please provide written notice (either by letter or by email) one month in advance of the last payment date. Upon cancellation, it remains the responsibility of the Member to terminate any Standing Order/s associated with their Membership.
Sessions that have been paid for will be considered used if they are not completed within 12 months of purchase. If you are unable to complete your Membership, we can issue a voucher which you can use on other services or products, or gift to someone else, for an admin fee of £25.Group Mat and Reformer Classes
Missed classes can be made up in other classes within the term, space permitting.Variations to these T&Cs
Pilates Place reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as it sees fit, and Members shall observe any amended or additional terms and conditions so made.
