If you would like to get started with few easy exercises to improve your strength, flexibility and posture then please take a look at this report.

Two of our teachers from the Pilates Place demonstrate 5 exercises for a total beginner and level 1.
Try each of the beginner exercises first then move on to the level 1 exercises.
