Matwork Pilates Foundation Course

There are no entry requirements and anyone with an interest in Pilates can enrol on to this course. The Foundation Course is an excellent route to finding out more about Pilates, and a great start if you then decide to progress to the Matwork Diploma course. The Foundation Course includes the beginner level Pilates exercises and the Level 2 Anatomy and Physiology Unit which you will need if you want to do the Matwork Diploma.

Pilates Matwork Diploma Course

You will need to have Level 2 Anatomy and Physiology qualification or equivalent to enrol on to the Pilates Matwork Diploma. If you do not have this qualification, you can do a short home study course to bring your Anatomy and Physiology knowledge up to the standard required by Level 2. This is the simplest and easiest way to prepare yourself for the Pilates Matwork Diploma. If you already have a Level 2 Anatomy and Physiology qualification, please submit your certificate for verification. Certificates more than 3 years old will not be accepted.
