NEW! HIP Pilates® Classes

1:10pm on Fridays at our Stratford  upon Avon Studio

High Intensity Power Pilates, or HIP Pilates®, is a dynamic, invigorating form of Pilates based on combining High Intestity Interval Training (HIIT) with Pilates.

HIP Pilates® incorporates key Pilates principles of precision, control and alignment with moderate intensity exercise which is interspersed with short bursts of high intensity exercise.

These classes will challenge your balance, coordination and core control at the same time as working at a high level of intensity to incorporate a cardio element into your workout.

Classes will be run by Emma Boswell, they are 50 minutes long and incorporate the use of small hand weights. Be prepared for a challenge, and be prepared to sweat!

Please note: HIP Pilates® classes are not suitable for beginners, anyone with injuries, or anyone with a long-term health conditions which would make high impact exercise unsuitable. If you are in any doubt whether these classes are suitable for you, please consult your doctor before booking.
