Meet the WHH Team!

Peta Davies

Peta is the founder of Pilates Place, which now has two studios in South Warwickshire. The force behind the success of her studios is Peta's knowledge and experience gained over 20 years as a movement and exercise specialist.

At Women's Health & Happiness, Peta will tell us about how Pilates can support our pelvic health by improving pelvic floor and core strength. Peta's presentation will include a demonstration on specialist Pilates equipment called the Reformer.

Sabira Mamdani MSPT (Hons), HCPC, CSP

Sabira is a chartered physiotherapist specialising in women’s health including osteoporosis, and pelvic, obstetric, and gynaecolical physiotherapy.

At Women's Health & Happiness, Sabira will talk about the effects of menopause, hormones changes and pelvic health.

Hazel Oliver

Hazel has been working in the fitness industry since 1998. She is dedicated and passionate about all forms fitness training, and her true passions include fitness Pilates, interval/metabolism-type training and personal coaching.

Certified in pre & post natal exercise, core stability, "3rd Age Women", Hazel supports women experiencing incontinence and prolapse through the Holistic Core Restore programme.

At Women's Health & Happiness, Hazel will talk about nutrition and the effects it has on health and wellbeing.
